The company has been a family business for 35 years and is now run by Gunnar Nilsson who has over 20 years of work as a trustee internationally.
Our clients are know to us or recommended by someone who entrust us and know our competence and capability to analyze what is required to succeed.
We serve both companies and individuals, estates and some specific arragements. In Swedish a trustee is usually equivalent to "syssloman".
To conduct our trustee service, we use some software and services that are developed inhouse, others contracted by third parties.
We provide our services under Swedish law, however, trust deeds and engagement letters may be under other jurisdictions' law and registered in Sweden.
We are AML supervised by the Swedish County Administration Board (Länsstyrelsen i Västra Götalands län).
We are registered and obliged to report suspicious AML & CFT activities to the Swedish Financial Police (Finanspolisen).
